I have worked with the Littleton Real Estate Company since 1999. My roles here are Office Manager as well as Property Manager with a specialty of Multi-Family complexes and accounting. Starting as a receptionist, moving to bookkeeper and eventually to property management gives me a well rounded perspective on the business. Currently, I manage about 130 properties. I am going to start focusing more on the accounting as our office continues to grow. My Assistant Property Manager, Emily Alexander will be learning how to assist, and eventually hopefully evolve into my Property Management role.

I am bilingual which helps me interpret for our Spanish speaking owners, tenants and applicants. One of my goals is to better assist the Hispanic Community. Along these lines, I have been a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since 2001 participating in many activities to the benefit of all.

In November 2003 I passed the Real Estate Broker's Exam, and I have completed the required schooling through Jones College. My hope is that having an active Broker's License will help me in the tasks that I deal with on a day to day basis. I will continue taking Real Estate classes as they pertain to my field of work to not only better myself in this position, but also to share this knowledge with owners, and our tenants.
