| I have been working in the real estate business since my first job at the age of 16 working as a part time weekend receptionist for Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Mortgage Services. I worked for Coldwell Banker throughout high school and college where Coldwell Banker served as the major foundation for my professional growth. After college I worked for two different companies in two other aspects of the real estate business. These included working as a broker coordinator with banks of foreclosed properties and real estate agents around the country in order to provide updated evaluations of properties as well as working for a title and escrow company working directly with closing agents and new homeowners. In the beginning of year 2007 I became the new office manager of Premier Real Estate Group where I have continued to expand my knowledge of the real estate business while working closely with real estate agents mainly focusing on inputting, managing, and setting showings on any and all listings as well as many other office management duties. In the beginning of the year 2007 I also became the new office manager of Xtreme Tenant Screening where I expanded my knowledge in another aspect of real estate while working directly with apartment and rental communities and individual landlords and screening tenant applications in order to determine whether a person would be a potentially good tenant as well as many other office management duties. While still carrying on many duties for Premier Real Estate Group and Xtreme Tenant Screening, in the beginning of the year 2008 I decided to expand my real estate knowledge further specifically in the property management field by offering to become the maintenance coordinator for The Littleton Real Estate Company. My responsibilities as maintenance coordinator include but are not limited to receiving any and all maintenance requests from our tenants and scheduling work orders accordingly, contacting and maintaining relationships with any and all vendors, receiving and reviewing invoices from all vendors, and making sure that all maintenance work orders were completed and all work was completed satisfactory. |
