We require that you do a drive-by on any listing you are interested in prior to scheduling a showing. It is important that you drive-by to make sure the unit from the outside meets your needs and expectations, ensure the unit is in an ideal area for you to live, and finally so that you can be on time when you come to view the unit.
We can set showings at a time that is convenient for you. However, it is against our policy to show properties after dark. This policy is for your safety and ours alike.
